Terms of Service

1. Who you are contracting with

These terms govern services provided by MMD Apartamenty Marcin Donarski, ul. Spokojna 24D/17, 43-460 Wisła, Poland, NIP 7792228632 ("StoreProof", "I", "me"). Contact: kontakt@storeproof.ai.

Usługi są świadczone B2B — dla przedsiębiorców, nie konsumentów. To rozróżnienie ma znaczenie prawne (prawa konsumenckie), więc trzymaj się go też w praktyce.

2. What the service is

StoreProof reviews the public product copy of your online store against published policies of advertising platforms, payment processors and consumer-protection regulators, and reports wording that commonly triggers enforcement.

Store Risk Audit — an automated pattern scan of your catalogue, with each flagged sentence quoted, the rule it relates to, a link to the source, and suggested safer wording.
Audit + Rewrite Pack — the audit, plus manual rewriting of up to 25 of the highest-risk product descriptions, plus a recorded video walkthrough.
Quarterly Watch — a repeat scan each quarter comparing your catalogue to the previous one.

3. What the service is NOT

This is not legal advice. I am not an attorney and not a regulatory consultant, and no lawyer–client relationship is created. The report is an automated first pass plus a marketer's judgement about wording.

It is not a guarantee of compliance and not a certification. A "clean" result means no pattern in my corpus matched your text. It does not mean your store complies with any law, policy or platform rule, and it will not prevent an account suspension, a payout hold or a regulatory action.

Suggested rewrites are suggestions. You decide what to publish. Review flagged claims with a qualified professional before publishing.

4. What I need from you

the address of your store, and confirmation that you are authorised to request a review of it;
that your store's product data is publicly reachable (I do not need, and do not ask for, your store login — see the privacy policy);
answers to clarifying questions where the copy is ambiguous.

5. Delivery

Quarterly Watch	within 5 business days of each quarter's scan date

If I cannot meet the stated timeline, I will tell you before it passes and you may cancel for a full refund.

6. Liability

You remain solely responsible for the content you publish and for your compliance with all applicable laws, platform policies and processor rules. To the fullest extent permitted by law, my total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid for it.

I am not liable for account suspensions, payout holds, regulatory actions, lost profits or lost revenue, whether or not the relevant wording appeared in the report. Findings can be incomplete: the scan matches known patterns and cannot detect every possible phrasing.

7. Payment, refunds and cancellation

Payment is due up front, via a Stripe Payment Link. Prices are in USD and exclude any taxes that may apply.
Clean-store refund: if the audit finds no flagged wording anywhere in your catalogue, you get a full refund and keep the report showing what was checked.
Before work starts: cancel any time before I begin the scan for a full refund.
After delivery: the audit is a completed digital deliverable and is not refundable, except under the clean-store rule above.
Audit credit: if you upgrade to the Rewrite Pack within 30 days of an audit, the audit fee is deducted from the Pack price.
Quarterly Watch: cancel any time before the next quarterly scan; the current quarter is not pro-rated.

8. Your data and confidentiality

I read only publicly available product copy. I do not ask for store credentials or customer data. Your report is not published, shared or used as a public example without your written permission. How personal data is handled is described in the privacy policy.

9. Intellectual property

You get an unlimited licence to use the report and the rewritten copy in your own business. The scanner, its rule corpus and the report format remain mine.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Poland, and disputes are subject to the Polish courts competent for the service provider's registered seat, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

11. Changes

These terms may change; the version in force is the one published when you ordered.
