1. Who is responsible for your data

2. The scanner does not send your text anywhere

The Slop Score scanner runs entirely in your browser. Product descriptions you paste are analysed locally by JavaScript on your device. They are never transmitted to us, never stored, and never logged. Closing the tab discards them.

4. Cookies

We use no tracking cookies and no advertising cookies. Our analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) is cookieless, which is why you are not seeing a consent banner.

5. Who else processes your data

• MailerLite — stores the e-mail list. mailerlite.com/legal/privacy-policy
• Cloudflare — hosting (Pages) and cookieless analytics. cloudflare.com/privacypolicy

These providers may process data outside the EEA. Where they do, transfers rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses; Cloudflare is additionally certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you can at any time:

• access the data we hold about you, or get a copy of it;
• correct it, or ask us to delete it;
• withdraw your consent — every e-mail we send has a one-click unsubscribe link;
• object to processing based on legitimate interest;
• lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. In Poland this is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.

7. Children

StoreProof is a tool for business owners and is not directed at anyone under 16.

8. Changes

If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and the date at the top. Material changes affecting subscribers will be announced by e-mail.
